Why I put myself through my own Coaching Program…

I DECIDED TO PUT MYSELF THROUGH OUR SIGNATURE 8-WEEK PROGRAM, RECONNECTED.

Why?

Because, I was feeling extremely disconnected.

Yep, I said it.

Even after allllll the hard work I had done, even after creating a program and guiding hundreds of women into their own reconnection to self…

Post-partum led me to another disconnection point.

My “symptoms” included: extreme indecisiveness. Overthinking. Anxiety that constantly lead to tears. Simple tasks felt hard. I was “shoulding” the shit out of myself. The volume of self-doubt’s voice in my mind was extremely loud. Being creative felt exhausting. My fuse was shorter than short. I stopped listening to myself. My go-to tools helped to shift the energy a bit when I used them, but getting myself to use them consistently was the challenge.

But the main thing was, I just so didn’t feel like me.

There are many reasons we can hit a point of disconnection. One of them, is by going through a major transition or identity shift. Even if it’s life altering in the most amazing way, like becoming a mother, it can still cut the cord and what’s more uncomfortable than change when you’re in the thick of it?

For me, nothing.

If I’m being honest with myself, I definitely thought I’d be able to speed my way through this post-partum period, or maybe even somehow by pass the harder parts of this phase all together (lol).

But what I’ve seen now after 4 weeks of putting myself through my own program, is that it’s the slow down, the surrender, the release of self-doubt and the instill of self-trust that will ultimately be what gets me through this.

When I’m connected, I feel this warmth and lightness.
I smile and laugh constantly.
My eyes feel so bright.
I trust and listen to my gut.
I don’t get stuck in my ego or take things personally.
I make choices and unapologetically stand by them.
My heart is open.
Everything flows, I create and attract.
I feel at home.
I believe…

So much power and strength had been born out of these moments of disconnection for me in the past, so one thing I knew for sure, was that my next level up was waiting for me on the other side.

AND WHAT BETTER WAY TO BRING ME BACK TO ME THAN THE ONE PROGRAM I SO DEEPLY BELIEVE IN?

So fast forward to now. I just finished session 4 of Reconnected. I’ve broken up with self-doubt and I swear to you, I have started to feel that spark in connection again. I’ve started to feel inspired and passionate again.

All of the things about myself and my life I felt so scared to lose as I transitioned into this massive role as mom, were never lost. They just needed to slowly find their place and resurface again in a different order than before.

I now realize that yea, I’ve been changing, but all for the better and all of the hard work I did leading up to this moment was to prepare me for the jump! It was all so incredibly important and worth it.

I’ve always said the work works if you let it.

So, that’s what I’ve been doing.

Letting it.

It’s an exercise we do in session 4 of the Reconnected program and I’d love to share mine with you to give you a peak behind the curtain.

If you’re interested in taking the same jump, in committing to finding your own connection again or maybe for the first time all together, sign up for a free session.

Let’s talk. Believe me, I get you.

I was there just four weeks ago, but so much can change when you decide you’re worth more and you are.

xx, Jacq
