All sales are final for domestic and international orders, except items damaged during shipping.

Items that arrive damaged may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Customer is responsible for shipping on all orders under $199 for Continental US orders. Orders $200 and above include FREE shipping to the Continental US Only. Customer is responsible for shipping on all International orders.
For damaged items, once approved, you will receive a pre-paid label to ship back the damaged item. Please ship within 48 hours of receiving the pre-paid label. Your new item will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the damaged item.
