Over the years and especially in this last month, we’ve seen so much is out of our control in life. Situations. Tragedies. People's reactions. Their choices. Even the weather. Honestly, the only thing we can control, is and will always be ourselves.

How we show up. How we speak up. The space we create to feel. How we nourish ourselves. Give back to ourselves. Our commitments and choices.

The world is heavy. That seems to be an unfortunate guarantee these days. But instead of relying on others and other things to make you feel whole again, you can learn how to fill yourself up over and over again, so that no matter what, it doesn’t stop you from taking care of you.

Choose to love yourself so hard, because the world will inevitably try to interfere with your connection to yourself. It will inevitably try to rip that connection away from you and once it has that, you've lost you.

Through guided reflection and meaningful connection, we'll create space to let go of what no longer serves us and step into deeper self-trust and empowerment.
