Into Me You See is an interactive, in-person experience designed to move you out of your head and into your body through guided nervous system grounding, facilitated group work, and intentional reflection.

No prior experience with Your Inner Babe or this work is required.

Practice being in a relationship with yourself.
During the two hours, you’ll be guided through:
→ Nervous system grounding to help you settle and arrive
→ Small-group connection exercises facilitated by Jacq
→ Short teaching moments woven throughout the experience
→ Somatic practices to support regulation and release
→ Reflection + journaling
→ Group integration + closing conversation
The structure, prompts, and flow are pulled directly from the work inside Your Inner Babe groups and retreats, condensed into a focused, high-impact in-person workshop.
This is a fully facilitated experience, Jacq will be actively guiding the room throughout.
