Thank you for your interest in Disconnect to Reconnect April 2026. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following cancellation policy to accommodate such situations:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in the retreat. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Within 30 Days of Purchase Date: If you change your mind or decide to cancel your attendance within 30 days of your deposit prior to payment installations beginning, you will not be responsible for your agreed upon Payment Plan. You will not be refunded for any non-refundable deposits. If you book once Payment Plan installments begin, you forgo the right to cancel without payment in the 30 day window.
3. Payment Plan Installation Agreement and Cancellations: Once payment installations begin (December 1st for April 2026), you are responsible for ALL payment installations, regardless of cancellation or booking dates. You will not be refunded for any payment installations or non-refundable deposits.
4. Notification of Cancellation: If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. Cancellations will only be considered effective upon receipt of written confirmation from you.
5. Retreat Changes or Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the retreat schedule or cancel the event altogether, we will provide you with a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit. However, we will not be responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.
6. Payment Plans: You will have four payments following your non-refundable deposit that occur on December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, and March 1st. Each of these is a recurring payment in our system.
If you secure your spot after payment plans have started in December, you will be charged on the payment schedule of December 15th, January 1st, February 1st, and March 1st.
If you secure your spot in January after the second installment on January 1st, you will be charged on the payment schedule of January 15th, February 1st, March 1st, and April 1st.
If you secure your spot in February after the third installment on February 1st, you will be charged on the payment schedule of February 15th, March 1st, March 15th, and April 1st.
If you secure your spot in March after the fourth installment on March 1st, you will be charged on the payment schedule of March 15th, April 1st, April 15th, and May 1st.
If you secure your spot after March 15th, you will be charged on the following payment schedule of April 1st, April 15th, May 1st, and May 15th.
If you secure your spot after April 1st, you will be charged on the following payment schedule of April 15th, May 1st, May 15th and June 1st.
